Castolin 690SF electrodes

Castolin 690SF special electrodes made of high-alloy alloys provide high joint strength of welded parts, do not form cold and hot cracks, do not succumb to oxidation and corrosion. High Fe-Cr-Ni cladding has an austenitic structure, hardened with delta ferrite. High dissolution ability allows the electrodes to be used for working with a wide range of steels, including steels with unknown chemical composition. Such as: air-hardened, high carbon content, high-alloyed, 12-14% manganese steels, as well as a sublayer for surfacing of wear-resistant hard alloys. The patented rutile coating formula provides low heat transfer to the workpiece and easy welding in all weld positions. The clad layer is not subject to hot cracking during welding.

Castolin 192FBK

Excellent for repair tasks, soldering large holes and cracks.

Castolin 192FBK solder for soldering aluminum and its alloys. Designed for gap soldering. Soldering temperature 380C.

Castolin 1827

Castolin 1827 - Soft cadmium-zinc based solder containing silver. The solder is characterized by a low melting range, good wetting and flow properties. Solder in the process of soldering provides dense, clean seams. Cold-resistant up to -200C. Solder is well suited for soldering aluminum, aluminum alloys, soldering copper and copper alloys (brass), soldering low-carbon, low-alloy and stainless steels, soldering copper/aluminum, copper/steel joints.

Castolin E310-17 electrodes

Welding electrode Castolin Castinox E310-17 with rutile coating and extremely low hydrogen content, which coating is characterized by increased moisture resistance, designed for welding joints of dissimilar stainless austenitic heat-resistant steels with unalloyed, low-alloyed, cast and manganese steels, as well as for surfacing.
